The UFLI x Project Read Assessment and Planning Portal is now live
Viv RamakrishnanCo-Founder/CEO, Project Read

It's here! After a full year of piloting with UFLI team members and a cohort of teachers around the country, the UFLI x Project Read Assessment and Planning Portal is now live at www.projectread.ai
The UFLI Portal is designed to:
- Enhance your UFLI teaching practice with data-driven small groups
- Save you hours of data entry and planning time each month
- Create precise lesson plans for small groups based on the recommendations of the experts at the University of Florida Literacy Institute
Teachers describe saving approximately one hour each week relative to doing the process manually by hand.
Here’s how it works:
- input your students’ spelling data by typing in misspellings or taking a photo of their Friday encoding assessment
- click Generate Schedule
- receive your small groups planned day-by-day, with students to pull and activities from the manual prescribed based on the new concept errors students have made
In addition to the small groups, you'll receive analytics on how students spelled previous concepts and irregular words as well.
We can't wait for you to explore the portal and see how it transforms your small group instruction.
